If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase on any unused items still sealed not including shipping charges. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Return delivery of any non-faulty products is at your own expense and we recommend you obtain sufficient insurance on your return parcel to cover the cost of the product.

Orders that are cancelled prior to the shipping of items will be subject to credit/debit card processing fees and administration costs.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must be unopened and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Damaged or faulty goods

We take great care when packaging your order to ensure that our products reach you in the best possible condition, however sometimes breakages do occur. If this is the case with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to rearrange and refund or replacement of product. If your item is faulty, please let us know as soon as you discover the fault so we can assess the problem and offer any suggestions on how we will rectify this. Icon Resin will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we will not issue a full refund but providing the goods are returned in the same condition as sent then a credit will be issued less the postage costs and handling fees as described in the cancelling of the order.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Send all items back to us at Icon Resin, Knocknasillogue, Blackwater, Co Wexford. C21 CX67.
  3. Postage costs are not covered by Icon Resin
  • How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit?
    • We endeavour to refund you within 7 working days of receipt by us of your returned item.
  • Shipping fees are incurred by the customer and not covered by Icon Resin.
